From Long Island by Car
Take the Throgs Neck Bridge to I-95 North (via I-695
North).
Take I-95 North to Baychester Avenue –Exit 12 (left
exit).
Follow Baychester Avenue to Nereid Avenue.
Turn left on Nereid Avenue to Barnes Avenue (next
traffic light).
Turn left on Barnes Avenue. Redeemer is on the left
side at the corner of Boyd and Barnes Avenues.
From White Plains by
Metro North Train
Take Metro North From White Plains to Woodlawn (233rd
Street) Take 16 bus at Webster and 233rd Street, ask the
bus driver to let you off at Byron Avenue and Nereid
Avenue. Walk to Barnes Avenue at traffic light - Barnes
and Nereid Avenues, make right ONTO Barnes Avenue,
church is on left.
From White Plains by Car
From White Plains Take
the Bronx River Parkway South. Exit at E233rd Street.
Make right onto Webster Avenue. At traffic light make
right onto Nereid Avenue go seven blocks (Bronx Blvd.,
Carpenter Ave., Matilda Ave., Richardson Ave., White
Plains Road, Furman Avenue, Byron Avenue) The eighth
block at the 5th traffic light is Barnes Avenue. Make
right onto Barnes Avenue. Church on left.
From New Rochelle by Car
TAKE North
Avenue to Boston Road. Make a right onto Dyre
Avenue. Make left onto 233rd Street, make right onto
Baychester Avenue, make left onto Nereid Avenue. At the
stop light at Nereid/Barnes Avenues go to Barnes Avenue
the Church is on the left.
OR
Take Boston Road to Baychester Avenue. Make a right
onto Baychester. Make a left at Nereid Avenue. Make a
left at Barnes Avenue. Church is on the left side at
the corner of Boyd and Barnes Avenues.
From New Rochelle by Bus
Liberty Line Bus #42 to 241st Street, Bronx. Take
the City Bus #41 at 241st ask the Bus Driver to let you
off at Nereid Avenue (238th Street, White Plains Road),
make a left onto Nereid Avenue walk 3 blocks (Furman
Avenue, Byron Avenue, Barnes Avenue) make right onto
Barnes Avenue. Church is on left.
From Manhattan by Express Bus
BXM11 route takes you
from mid-town Manhattan to Nereid Avenue (238th Street,
White Plains Road). This express bus runs up Madison
Ave., picking up at 26th, 32nd, 39th, 47th, 54th, 63rd,
70th, 84th and 99th Streets. Ask the Bus Driver to let
you off at Nereid Avenue (238th Street, White Plains
Road), make a right onto Nereid Avenue walk 3 blocks
(Furman Avenue, Byron Avenue, Barnes Avenue) make right
onto Barnes Avenue. Church is on left.

turnstile. At street level, walk 3 blocks (Furman
Avenue, Byron Avenue, Barnes Avenue) make right onto

College, Brooklyn, at all times. 2 trains operate
